What are my delivery options?

Registered mail is standardised at $3.50, loads up to 2kg worth of items per delivery. Your package will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the order date. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window if not, do look out for the courier slip to collect the package at the post office.

Store pick-up is also available from our space at 71G Sultan Gate, Singapore 198496 from 15:00 – 20:00 on weekdays. We will send you an email once your parcel is ready for pick-up so please check your inbox!

How can I track my order?

Will I receive a confirmation email once I make my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive the confirmation email To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add subclture@gmail.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order? (E.g: Address)

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details or cancel it as our backend warriors will have already started processing/packing your stuff. Please make sure that all delivery details are correct!

Can I exchange an item?

Yes you may make a one-time exchange. Please email us at subclture@gmail.comwith your order number. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached and bring it over to 71G Sultan Gate, Singapore 198496 from 15:00 – 20:00 on weekdays. In an event that the item you bought is sold out, you may exchange it to another item with the same value or more.

Can I exchange an item?
