What are my delivery options?

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we have ceased the option for store collection. Our studio is closed until further notice. However! You may still shop online. Mail outs will be done every Monday via Registered Mail and it is standardised at $4. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property. Alternatively, we will allow SingPost to have your contact number in an event there is no one on site. Thank you for supporting the art and we look forward to pack your orders ✊🏼

How can I track my order?

You may send a quick text/WhatsApp to Sha 87482359 with your order number if you have not received your goods 5 days after your order date. We will get right back to you with the necessary details!

Will I receive a confirmation email once I make my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email from us!

Can I cancel or make changes to my order? (E.g: Address for registered mail)

You can but please please please double check what you have typed, especially for postal code or unit number. In an event you have wrongly keyed in your details, SingPost will return your package to us and once they are back into your hands, Sha will nudge you via WhatsApp and you will have to make another payment of $4 to our PayNow to resend your package. We know you are excited to check out your cart, we feel you but please double check all your details to avoid unnecessary delay.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes you may make a one-time exchange. Please text/WhatsApp Sha with your order number and we will double check the current stock. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached and bring it over to 71G Sultan Gate, Singapore 198496 from 15:30 – 20:00 on weekdays. In an event that the item you bought is sold out, you may exchange it to another item with the same value or more and do a top up.

Can I ask for a refund?

Unfortunately, no mate.
